Problems with Virgin TV Go

Got a new phone and downloaded Virgin Go app, device is showing on list but coming up with error message of device limit reached?  Have 5 devices listed

Hey @JulieB1711,

Thanks for getting back to us, what we would advise you do is visit our website Here and go about removing all the devices saved and then trying again via the app, this then should clear the error message of having too many devices synced up at once.

I am sorry to hear you are having some issues with a new registered device.

 

Does this error appear immediately or after selecting a programme to view? 

 

If so, does this happen regardless of what you select?
