Hello, I’ve today upgraded my TV packages to Maxit TV and Sky sports, the estimated completed date is 16th August. When can I access the sky sports app and watch on there? It currently doesn’t work does anyone have a timescale?

Thanks for using the Community Forums to get answer to your question 😁 

You'll need to register for a MyVM Online account first, then you can login to our TVGO App, Once you choose a Sports Channel to watch it will redirect you to the Sky Sports App which you'll also login to using your MyVM details.

However, you may not be able to do this until your upgrade is fully processed on the 16th August.
