Hello,I'm trying to add allowed websites (infact trying to change anything in this page) results in a red message that says Sorry your changes were not saved.I'm doing this through virgin media website using chrome browser (edge also does not work)

Child safe OFF but cannot access adult content. When I switch it ON I get error message
My child-safe is off but adult content is blocked. Weirdly, when I try to switch child-safe ON, I get the error: "Sorry the changes you made were not saved, please try again". Please refer to the screenshot attached:

I am attempting to turn off the web safe and virus safe options for my broadband. I have tried multiple browsers, the app and the website and it keeps giving me the error that 'the changes you made were not saved'.Any fix for this?

Websafe won't switch on
When I switch on web safe on my virgin account the toggle flips back with a message saying 'settings not changed, try again later' I get the same message each time I try.
