Child safe OFF but cannot access adult content. When I switch it ON I get error message

My child-safe is off but adult content is blocked. Weirdly, when I try to switch child-safe ON, I get the error: "Sorry the changes you made were not saved, please try again". Please refer to the screenshot attached:

Sorry to hear of the issues experienced when trying to alter the child safe settings.

Check out the envelope in the top right hand corner and I'll be happy to take a closer look into this for you.
