hi keep getting cut off my downstream power levels look a little high some said 0 be best 

hub 5 in modem mode 1gb with 3x tv boxes

So,e downstream levels are too high, out of spec and far too many errors. There may be a local fault.

Check with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 If you have a VM landline 150 this goes down to post code level. You could also try the web page status, but this is not recommended as it only covers issues that affect a very large number of customers.

VM will not dispatch any technicians while an area fault exists.

If no area faults found:

The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.

hi nice bloke called and dropped the power levels by 3db and said no noise on line

had engineer out fitted a 3db AFM-3 F signal attenuator with droped downstream signal but he said the upstream would go up a little bit at was at 47db

had some done work done on the exchange not the green/gray cabinet and the upstream signals at 49db 

and geting loads of t2 59 timeout and some t3 3 timeout

Your power levels was fine without the attenuator the problem is noise setup a BQM should show this.
