How to contact Virgin?

Anyone know how to contact Virgin Media?

I note, as others are saying online, that chat does not work, and there is no way to email them.

I am interested to ask if Virgin has any coverage in my area, as I am looking to sign up as a new customer to Virgin Broadband if it is available.

I am trying to speak to anyone at virgin to change my contract via phone...just to speak to a huma being. !!!!

I have to gointo hos[*pital again soon and need to speak to a PERSON.

Ive been trying for days on the phone.

@Barbraella I'm trying to recall how I got through to them, it is a few months back now, I think it might have been on their Live Chat and not over the phone I'm afraid. However, you could try this phone number search, you just enter Virgin Media as the company you are searching for, best of luck:

The VM numbers are 150 free from a VM landline or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone (costs may apply)

The usual advice is to phone at 08:00 when the lines first open for the best chance of getting through with least delay via the 'thinking of leaving us' route to speak to retentions.

I would politely suggest that multi-posting your problem on here probably won't help you that much as any answers you do get will be split in multiple locations and you may receive conflicting information on different topics.
