Hub5 Password Incorrect 192.168.0.1

Tuning in

I am having trouble logging into the admin panel on my new hub 5, i keep getting told that my password is incorrect.

The password on the bottom is this below. i am reading it as "fuo/7iePFnzg", but the slash looks wrong, and not like the other slashes. I have also tried a 60 second reset button press and that has changed nothing.

Anyone any idea?

Try a lower case v  or y. Sometimes the printing on those labels is pretty poor.

Yup my money is on y. You can just about make out two dots where the tail should be.

I'm not a Very Insightful Person (just a little bit, sometimes). I don't work for Virgin Media (but then nor do any of the offshore customer service agents).

Was a misprinted y 😁
