Error code

Good morning,I recently added virgin box 360 to my package ( just had wifi) . I set it up via Wi-Fi etc but shows error code cs2004 ? I've checked cables and all in etc. Not sure what to do ?! Any help greatly appreciated. Many thanks Em

Resolved! TV Aerial on the house

I have a broadband packege including TV. do i need a roof top aerial ? My chimney has to be removed and the aerial is attached to it. I dont want to pay for it to be attached somewhere else if its not needed. TIA
