BQM Spikes on new XGS-PON connection

500Mb service went live last Thursday. BQM is spikier than my old FTTC. Normal? Or any suggestions?

  • I've since read it may be related to VM running speed tests which are unable to be stopped?

Raise a formal written complaint to the effect that the pointless speed tests are rendering your connection unfit for purpose.

Thanks. I've done that, will update if it's a positive outcome.
