Rebuild / connectivity plan

Hi.

I am renovating my home, which will be classified as a new build. As per building control requirements, the property must have gigabit-ready physical infrastructure, as outlined in Approved Document R (https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/infrastructure-for-electronic-communications-approved-document-r). My current property has the Gig1 Broadband product, which will be temporarily disconnected during the re-build.

Once the new property is complete, I would like to reconnect with the Gig1 Broadband product. To comply with building control, I need to provide evidence that "a suitable provider of public electronic communications networks has offered to provide a connection to a gigabit-capable public electronic communications network for each dwelling." Could you direct me to a team I can discuss this with or provide written confirmation that Virgin Media will offer a reconnection or a connectivity plan for the new build?
