Houses in our postcode have Virgin but not our property

Hi, I've seen a couple of similar posts regarding this but the new build property we're moving into doesn't have a BT line and the address is not showing up on the virgin address lookup. Other properties that have our postcode show up on the lookup but not ours. We've registered interest for our property but we're due to move in a couple of weeks time so we'd need internet setup for then. Is someone able to assist with getting this address added to the lookup so we can progress next steps. Thanks

    The postcode is only a rough guide to where VM will install. If there is a visible VM connection point near the front gate of the new house, you may be able to get VM to install. They won't put in a very long cable just for one house.

    Thanks but the property next door has it available. Our property was built in the garden of the house next door so it should be fairly straightforward in my opinion

      From what you have advised, although the property grounds in which your house was built has services, as your property wasn't originally there when the network was laid this would explain why the address may not show as being available.
