Resolved! Self Install Pack failed to arrive .

The QuickStart pack was supposed to arrive today Feb 6th but it has not been delivered.  I have had no update on the delivery from either VM or Yodel. I also don't have an account number yet so am unable to login and check the status of the delivery.
