Red light on V3 router

Hi,I have a steady red light on my V3 router box. I've tried all the resets as described in other posts, (reboot, reset, etc) and I still have the light. The box is NOT hot to the touch.Any suggestions ?

Hub 3 solid red light

My hub 3 has a solid red light now.  I've tried the reset and calling 150 but all the diagnostics say all is OK.  I'm concerned it will break down as I work from home and can't seem to get talking to anyone at VM to see what issue might be.
