Add Network to Hub 5

Question

I have a hub 5 which was sent new with 2 networks - the one from the previous hub and a new one.

After an engineer visit 2 days ago, I only have the new network and not the original. Can I re-add the missing network with password back to my hub?

If so, how do I do it?

Using the admin menu of the Hub 5 it is easy to set the Wi-Fi SSID / Password to whatever you prefer.To keep it simple we use just one Wi-Fi network.

Just reconnect all your devices by wifi to the new network

Usually we get reports of the Connect app changing new Hubs SSID back to the old removed Hub.
