Change the LAN IP range Hub 5

Is it possible to configure the HUB 5 in modem mode to use a 172.x.x.x LAN. Everything you buy is on the 192.168.x.x range and therefore more likely to be targeted so can I set the modem to something in the 172.16.x.x  to 172.31.x.x range?
