Hi guys,
I recently changed my internet to use google WiFi and use the hub as a router only. This was fine and recently the tv guide has now shown to be announced and then title not found. I can’t connect to a network and unplugged the box and internet again.
I’m not going to unplug my google WiFi as I’ll have to set it up again.
what could be the issue here or easiest to solve? I am thinking of calling virgin media out as I’ve tried all options to troubleshoot and WiFi is fine.

The TV guide on what device? Is this a Virgin TV box, in which case which one? Or another device/internet-connected TV?

If it's a V6 or TV360, they rely on your home broadband for internet connectivity and if you've changed your router - then there's very likely your answer ... in which case is your TV box connected by Ethernet or wireless?

It’s connected via Ethernet into the box but it was fine earlier. I just need it to change network but I can’t seem to get the option.
it keeps saying Ethernet unplugged and it’s connected so I’m unsure why all of a sudden it’s not liking the change!

It’s also a V6

Make sure you are using Virgin DNS settings on any third party kit that a V6 connects too. The addresses these use are exclusive to Virgin’s network & using a third party DNS means they can’t find Virgin’s headend servers.

How do I access the virgin dns settings on TiVo? I’m constantly stuck with Ethernet port and unplugged and everything

TiVo boxes have their own inbuilt net connection independent of your home broadband.
V6 uses your home broadband via Ethernet or WiFi.
If you definitely have a V6, make sure the ethernet cable is secure at both ends.
