Just received a "new" TV V6 box. Another user's Netflix profile was there already so I was unable to login to my Netflix account. I tried to remove the other person's account in help/settings delete Netflix profile but it refuses to be removed.
Looks like I've received a previously used box which is not the end of the world but I would like to remove the other persons Netflix profile. Any ideas?

We're sorry to hear that there is stored Netflix details already on the box. That is certainly a strange one as even when the boxes are recycled, they are fully reset beforehand.
If the app isn't allowing you to log out, you can reset your box. Just follow these steps: Settings > System > Factory Reset.
This should remove the log in and will then allow you to sign in to your own account.
