Hello,

On the above channels the picture is constanlty breaking up and pixelating, this issue happend a few years back, but has now started happening again the last few weeks.

Can this be investigated please.

If it's Sky Sports PL HD and Football HD then if you also have problems with Sky Thriller HD, Sky Actions Heroes HD, Animal Planet HD, More 4 HD,  and Sky Documentaries HD these are all broadcast on the same mux, then you need to give Virgin a call Virgin on 150 from a Virgin phone, mobile or landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone to report a fault, or wait here for one of the forum team to pick this up which might be 2 to 3 day's.

When phoning choose the option to report a fault, then ignore all the options offered and you should then be placed into a queue to speak to someone.

You could also check for faults in your area, you can login to your My Virgin Media and check your service status at the top right of the page or phone 0800 5610061 for a more localised check.

Sorry to hear of the pixilation on certain channels and content, we understand the frustration this is causing and you taking the time to raise this via the forums.

 

It's been a few days since your post, can you confirm if this is still an issue? If so, which channels and content you're experiencing this on? Do the channels roy247 has highlighted match?

I can confirm that its just Sky Sports PL and Sky Sports Football that have pixilation issues, I have checked the other channels that Roy247 mentioned and they seem fine.

Can you advise further?

Sorry to hear you're having issues with the picture quality on these channels!

We've tried to take a look at things from this end for you however we've been unable to do so as your TV boxes are switched off.

If you could turn them back on for us at your earliest convenience and let us know once you've done so, we can run further checks for you.
