I tried to post in the O2 sub and the post button wouldn't let me press it.
I'm assuming my SIM card is too old for 5g so need to swap it over to a 5g SIM, I do get 4g but would like 5g, my phone is capable.
Anything I find when researching states business or talking to the O2 chat bot sends me to the My O2 app to which there are 0 options of help and nothing comes up about swapping the SIM.
How can I swap my current O2 4g SIM to 5g SIM and keep my number?
The closest store is nowhere near so not an option to visit in-store and their online site is no help.
What can I do?

Thanks for reaching out to us @zedmo, and a very warm welcome to our Community Forums!
Sorry to hear of the issues you've been experiencing with the O2 sim card needing to be replaced.
Sadly this is not something we will be able to assist with via this platform.
It may however be worth checking out the Forum that O2 offers to it's customers, which can be accessed here.
Thanks,
David_Bn

In my O2 under Manage Your Account >Manage Your SIM
Or by Calling into an O2 Store with photo ID
Or by calling 202 from your phone
