Hi, I have paid my outstanding balance yesterday afternoon, and am still getting the message to say that calls to this number are not being connected and to call 789, even when calling 789. Texts also fail, but data connection is fine.
Since I'm not able to contact Virgin Mobile through their own channels I'm not sure what I can do.
Any help or advise would be appreciated, thanks!

Hi I’m in the same boat… paid the bill, but no services still after 24hrs.
rang the helpline who needed me to confirm my direct debit date, but I don’t have a direct debit set up. Because I couldn’t confirm it they could confirm my identity so couldn’t help me…
what can I do?
