Virgin Mobile Migration to 02

Just switched from virgin mobile to 02 after the migration of the two. Everything seems ok I can receive and send calls and I can send messages however I can’t receive any messages. Because of this I can’t get into certain parts of my new 02 account.

Is there anything I can do about this or it it only a temporary issue?
