Sky sports unknown error

Hi,

Trying to login to sky sports in Firefox and getting an "Unknown Error" after I've added credentials.

Tried in a private window, on a Chrome browser and on Android, but same error each time.

Have tried clearing cookies and cache but not worked.

Have looked at forum but can't find an actual fix either unless I'm missing something.

Any help to get working much appreciated.

Yes they did thanks. Changing my password and login email resolved it.
