New kit has arrived, including a hub, a TV box, a connector cables for both internet and TV, etc.
I cannot find a Virgin wall socket within my flat.
I just found a box in the closet which has a cable indicated as CABELCON 4.9.
Once connected it directly to a hub, a little bit loose, but then internet connection has been alive.
The closet is far from TV, can't manage the settings of TV box, because the connector cables are bundled supposing the hub, the TV box and TV are in a very close position.

Call the pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734 explain the problem and request a tech visit to install proper VM sockets where you need them.
