Anyone know how to contact faults team - not the contact centre

Landline in GU15 2 has been out for 2 weeks and all I get is occasional text message to say engineer is on the way.

You can’t contact any “faults” department.  You can only contact Customer Services, or wait here a day or two for a VM Mod to pick this up.

Sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with the landline, from checking our service today I can see that there doesn't seem to be any area fault as of now however as you are still experiencing issues please expect a PM from myself.

1) Try the “check service,”Area status webpage (https://www.virginmedia.com/help/service-status)

2) Then also Try the “free & automated” Service Status number - 0800 561 0061 - which usually gives the most up to date info. and tells you of more local issues and fix estimates, down to street cab/ postcode level.
