See this
_______
Here’s what the lights mean on Hub 4:
This is normal for the first minute or so after you first turn the Hub on.
This means there’s an issue with the cable connections. Make sure all cables coming into and out of the Hub are pushed in firmly.

Just happened again today
Left it off for a few minutes and started up again but assume the SH4 has issues and needs replacing ?

Solid red LED on a hub4 means no internet connection and is usually not a hub problem. Check all cables and see if there is a local issue.
Check with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 If you have a VM landline 150 this goes down to post code level. You could also try the web page status, but this is not recommended as it only covers issues that affect a very large number of customers.
