Having read other replies to similar questions, moving the SH5 seems to be the offered resolution. No good to me as a 16 port switch is located near the SH5 and redoing the cabling the accommodate that would be a nightmare. Initial VM phone point is in the hall and a cable then runs to the living room where the phone is plugged in, ideally need cabling from the SH5 to the VM box in the hall downstairs.Re: Constant dropped packets at fixed intervals
Actually got round to restarting the router at about 5pm yesterday but as you can see dropouts still happening at a regular interval. Hidden my ip address so hopefully the graphic can remain this time Assuming I need an engineer, anytime on a Friday is best for meConstant dropped packets at fixed intervals
Noticed the graph showing regular dropped packets over the last few days if not weeks, pic attached from today Gone back to 19 March and the second pic is when it started happening regularly Can anyone at VM explain what is going on ?
