Hi,

Appreciate that there’s a lot of PostRS errors (which are the ones to be concerned about) - the sync failures are also concerning.

Can you repost the stats to confirm if the PostRS errors are still rising please - just so that the forum team can see that.

I do not work for VM, just trying to help!

Errors are exactly the same as yesterday but will keep an eye on it and see if they rise anymore.

Not really, had a txt message saying work is complete whatever work had been done I have no idea!!

The hub rebooted got loads of error messages some have gone but there was one in there I was worried about can't actually remember what it was

Thanks for reaching out to us, apologies for the issues that you are having with your service, you will have a log of many errors and what cannot be seen is that most Pre will be corrected once reaching the hub and the internet being delivered to yourself. Can I ask, since your post, what is the current state of service you are in receipt of?
