Random lag

So have been having issues recently, VM came out and replaced the cable from the street outside house to a point on the house wall. Just a short run basically was damaged in “garden” underneath the concrete. Anyhow that fixed the last problem of disconnects which deteriorated to total loss.

anyhow a week or so later I’m noticing random freezing on webpages, just taking a long time to load. Other times perfectly fine, speed is fine etc. it just weird random lag.

just wondering could it be a signal power issue that needs calibrating? The first tech that came out said our signal was terrible. (Before the cable replacement)

Preferred Downstream Power level are between -7 to + 7 dBmV, with + 10 dBmV as the absolute max,
several channels exceed + 10 dBmV.

You mention lag, but don't include any network flow stats:

Hi Han2,

Thanks for posting, and sorry to hear you're still having some issues with the service.

Have you been able to do what Client62 has suggested?

Is this still a problem?
