Anyone else getting this message when trying to pause a connection?

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having trying to pause devices on your hub 5x this is not available yet but we will let all the affected customers know as soon as the feature is available.

Hi, is there any update on this yet? Can I get a different hub so I can pause it? Cheers

The Connect app isn't working properly, so a replacement hub is not the solution.

Pause via the Hub 5x menu ... if you really must.  

But don't be surprised if a mobile or laptop just evades your attempts
and you still need to resort to education of acceptable use.

Do not pause any unknown devices, these may turn out to be your iPhone or your office VPN etc...
