Mobile Account reactivated, not by me :/

I noticed on a recent credit report that 02/virgin have reactivated my dormant mobile account for a sim i cancelled at the beginning of the year?

Thanks for reaching out to us. Apologies for the issues that you have had with a sim that you are no longer in receipt of. Can you confirm if it is a Virgin Sim, or a O2 sim please.
