Where do I find my broadband contract end date??

Hi

 

I don't seem to be able to find the end date of my contract anywhere? I've looked everywhere on my account etc. My bill states when it starts but nothing about when it ends.

Hi @Mno7an

Your contract doesn't have an end date.  The contract are for minimum contract periods (generally 18 or 24 months) often with a discount for tjhat minimum period. You need to give a minimum of 30 days notice to cancel the contract, and pay early termination fees if cancelling within that minimum term.

You should sign into My Virgin Media and check the contract dates in there

You should have had a contract as a PDF attachment by email. Mine says this:

Minimum period: 18 Months

If you end your service(s) before 27th February
2025 you may have to pay an Early Disconnection
Fee.
