New Contract 2 Different Prices on Documentation

I have just taken out a new contract as my old one was coming to and end. I have 2 different prices for the package in the documentation. The Contract Information Sheet states £76 with no add-on fees yet the e-Contract states £86 (£76 main services + £10 add-ons). I am being told on the phone that this is for an additional TV Box but the main services on both documents states TV 360 Box and TV 360 mini box. Anyone shed any light on which one to believe

Sorry to hear you have had conflicting amounts on your contract information.

As a rue we tend to not deal with package changes on our community.

However we can certainly take a look at the account and confirm the correct price.
