My contract was due to expire on 12/1/24. Contacted as soon as I rec'd a renewal letter in Nov but told VM couldn't quote until 12/12/23. Duly rang on that day; reluctantly agreed a revised contract, 30% increase, andtold that the new price would not apply until the existing contract expired. Got the new bill showing that VM would charge the increased amount immediately. So called, waited for hours(!), and the phone asst advised that she would put through a credit for the difference in contract price. Guess what? She didn't. Can any help/ advise? Haven't got the patience to call again 😞

Please make sure you are only posting once about your issue. If you need to update the thread then just reply to your original thread rather than creating a new one. We understand it's frustrating when something's not right however posting more than once about the same fault makes the boards look busier than what they actually are. It also means we could take longer to reply due to needing to sift through duplicate posts.
Have a look at the reply on the other thread and stick with that one so we keep all the information in one place.
