Constant Packet Loss

I've got 1G plan with Hub4 about a year ago. And it was working flawlessly up until about a month ago...

Now I can't play any games without getting kicked out due to high packet loss. Tried every fix possible. Factory reset Hub4 and my ps5 multiple times but no luck at all. Everything is wired. Even got new ethernet cable for ps5 thinking it might be damaged. But no luck 

Is my Hub4 dying? It seems to be working fine while watching YouTube at 4K but as soon as I jump into online games like R6S or ACC light bar on Hub4 starts flashing and I get kicked out.

 

Pls help!

Please post some stats. 

How to get stats from a VM hub (no need to logon to the hub)

Open a web browser and go to 192.168.0.1 router mode or 192.168.100.1 modem mode

  • Click on the “> Check router status” button
  • Click on the “Downstream” tab, copy the text and paste into your reply, do not take a screen shot
  • Click on the “Upstream” tab, copy the text and paste into your reply
  • Click on the “Networking” tab, copy the text and paste into your reply.
    • Do NOT post photos or screen shots they will be rejected as they contain MAC addresses. The board software will automatically change MAC addresses to **:** if done as above.

I am so sorry that you have faced issues with your connection. Can I just check, is the Hub in modem mode? 

We would need this to be in router mode so we can run checks.

Hub was always in same place since install. None of its settings were ever changed.

Packet loss starts as soon as I get into online game regardless time of the day. Since I live alone no one else is using internet connection.
