where has my SENT folder gone?

Email issue. My "sent" folder has disappeared?

Any Ideas?

I am so sorry that you have faced this experience with your email, can I ask which platform you are using to access your email?

Webmail, the email you login to on the Virgin Media website

Have you looked in the Archive folders in your webmail account?

Thanks for checking and sorry to see you didn't have any luck so far, are you missing any more emails from your inbox or only the ones you've sent out? 

Also, do you have access to your mailbox via a client App (Outlook etc) to see if the sent email folder shows up there?
