Could the fix be shared please? I seem to have a similar issue. Where devices further away connect to Hub, devices close to hub connect to pod. Its all gone vice versa recently. Surely devices should connect to the closest signal.

Just send the pod back use hub in modem mode with a better wifi router with 1Gb ports

I'm sorry to hear about the issues with the Wi-Fi connection you are having,.😢
Are you able to hard reset the Virgin Media hub? Pop a pin in the reset pin hole for 40 seconds located at the back of the hub.
This should reset the entire Wi-Fi connection and fix any issues. 🧾
