Hi, I have recently deleted my own mailbox settings 😞🔫 NTLWorld account. after lengthy calls with VM I understand about logging in and linking old email address with a new one, verify, change password and bingo….but! On my account is not my .NTLWorld account but a .viginmedia account I have never used! My .ntlworld is under my old address even tho I have stayed with virgin does anyone know if this can be recovered? VM supposed to be contacting me today (not hopeful). Think it’s time to finally ditch the old account 😞
