I no longer have my internet with Virgin Media, I changed provider a couple of months ago.
Without warning my partner's email address has been locked. This is causing him a great deal of anxiety and stress, sleepless nights and worry.
Is there anything I can do to either a) reinstate the function of this email account or b) transfer the emails, contacts and contents of his old email address (many many stored in folders).
