Hi. I have an ntlworld.net email address which I am sending through virgin mail. Since last Wednesday all of my emails are bouncing back. Can you please look into this and fix it for me? I have seen similar threads on here and it has been fixed.
The diagnostic messages are:
Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 554 5.7.1
Recipient address rejected: ERS-QIL.

How are you accessing your emails via a 3rd party server such as Outlook?
Can you login on our website and access them?

AFAICS the recipient's email server is returning this information when it refuses delivery of your message. It appears the recipient can resolve this issue by adding your email address to their address book.
Is this issue occurring for multiple email domains or just a specific domain, i.e. it just happens when sending to @example.com domain?
