My ntlworld emails are not downloading to Outlook. When I tried to access my account through my virgin media it said the account was unavailable. So I followed the steps to unlock it by changing my password, but the system refused to accept my date of birth and the answer to the security question where I was born! Now I cannot get any further.
Help please.
