360 upgrade failure

Hi.  I’m having the same problem as others.  Getting an error message and live chat link doesn’t work.  I have 2 TiVo boxes and am getting error messages on both.  Can anyone help?

Resolved! Repeated box issues

How do I get an engineer to investigate repeated box issues? Complains its over heating when it's sat alone on a shelf with air flow all round it, buffering, crashing etc ......I'm pretty sure we're already on our 3rd box in 18 months
