I have two boxes in lounge & bedroom. Lounge is set as the primary recording device.
trying to set future recordings and it keeps saying that Virgin bedroom box is offline despite that being the secondary recording device.
any ideas anyone?
Are both boxes updated V6 boxes or is one a 360 box and the other one a mini box.
How are you trying to set the recordings using the app or directly with the remote to the box, if you are using the app you can set the primary box in the app, I don't have 2 360 boxes with hard drives but I believe you can select the box you want to record on.
Are both boxes set to fast start or active start and not switched off at the plug which is the best option so you can watch recordings between boxes.
