Resolved! Loosing speed when using a booster

Slow upload

Got a virgin connection with a few cameras in and the upload speed is really poor , getting 0.30  have rebooted router , download is ok I guess at 65Mbps . Are there any ports to open or should it just work, seemed to be ON until last Thursday.

Why won't u give me better broadband speed

From day 1 I have only got 100mb when I joined I asked for 1 gig but I'm told I don't need it so now I've dropped it to 500mb but on phone they won't do it honestly.
