power levels are not perfect

the technician said my power levels are not perfect but it will do. he put a 3db attentuator on gaming feels sluggish, if i restart the hub it feels more responsive but after 24 hours it feels sluggish again.

Upstream Levels Check

I have had 2 engineer visits recently to try and correct intermittent wifi. None of which have worked  I keep being disconnected and having to pin hole reset 1-2 times a day. Are these levels OK
