My WiFi extender model: pp01-vm is very hot and not working well
I’m having issues where it’s extremely hot and burn my hand taking it out the wall, it’s also not seeming to work well.
has anyone else had this issue?

Sorry to hear that you burned your hand. If you suffered actual injury consider taking legal advice (home insurance sometimes includes this). It has indeed happened before. Keep the pod unplugged. Forum staff will get to yo ur post in due course.

Daniel Are these the old Wifi extenders or the new Wifi Pods? The old ones should have been removed as there have been several threads here of them causing scorch damage when overheating.
