Hub has yet again stopped working. This happens all the time and nothing is done about it!

T3 timeouts

Please help 18 months of T3 timeouts and 10 visits from engineers and I still lose Internet every day at between 9. 50 and 11 am and the again in afternoon. I'm at wits end Someone must know why this is happening.  #t3timeout help
