Resolved! Wifi no longer visible on London underground

WIFI dropping off

We have only had our virgin WIFI for a couple of weeks and are already getting service issues. Most of the time it is fine but at random times just drops out and our devices sit buffering or turn to 4G. Any ideas what I can try?
