Solid red led on modem/hub.

Hi all.Tried restarting countless times. Appears to be stuck on the red light. Intermittent connection at times too. Could anyone assist please. Thank you in advance.

      Sorry to hear about the flashing red light on your Hub. 

      Usually, this indicates a fault in the local area. If the light is still flashing, can you check here for any known issues?
