Packet loss causing constant citrix dropouts

Hi, I am plagued with being constantly disconnected from my work citrix session, some days are worse than others. Please fix this issue

Please can you fix this issue with intermittent internet i.e NO INTERNET issue as soon as possible. It has been happening since end of April. Please, it is getting very disturbing.
