Resolved! Wifi no longer visible on London underground

Hi all,  I noticed for the first time today that the usual virgin media WiFi network isn't there on the tube. Is this being phased out?     [MOD EDIT: Please see update on post 111 here]

No internet

Recently had an electric power cut and Virgin had a reported fault in my area. Since then I cannot get any internet on my desktop computer although I still have TV and phone. Have rebooted the PC.

Constant Red Light

My Hub 3 is over 5 years old. I keep losing connection and Streaming TV keeps buffering and it has a constant Red light. I have done a pin hole reset but the issues are not resolved. The hub is in a cool ventilated area. I think I need a new hub.

Red Light on hub

The red light is constantly on.  I have rebooted hub with no effect (including pin hole reset).  Some wifi devices are still connected but wifi is sometimes unavailable.  The hub is well ventilated and in an open location.

Hub 3.0 red light

evening My hub 3.0 is showing a solid red light. The hub is working correctly and is not overheating as the vents are clear.I have tried a reset and restart of the hub several times and no joy.Can anyone advise how to help please?
